The penultimate node in the government hierarchy is City Council which acts as a buffer to deliver the government’s plan to the people in the most radical manner. City Council doesn’t only address the basic grievances but monitors and augments the standard of the territory. As the technology has been embraced by the citizens of India even in the aloof regions. Building an online portal to create the working of the City Council more transparent could be boon for the people.   • APPOINTMENTS – Appointments section to apprise the relevant adjoining departments about the convention.
